This was my first experience having someone else look after my cat, Ruby. I was pretty apprehensive about the thought, but now, I wouldn’t even hesitate because Debs & Jayne are and were absolutely fantastic.
They love what they do, they are very experienced and they care so much. I cannot thank them enough for looking after Ruby for 2 weeks. I felt at ease and comfortable knowing that she was in good hands.
A really nice touch, was receiving daily updates and photos of Ruby via their own app which I thought was a really lovely touch. Top quality service, before, during and after, super responsive and work with real integrity.
